Fishing on the River Annan

Regarded as one of the finest salmon and sea trout rivers in the Southern Scotland, the River Annan flows southwards for 35 miles from above Moffat into the Solway at Annan.

Whilst Salmon and Sea Trout may be viewed they cannot be fished. Salmon and Sea Trout Fishing can be arranged locally.

Riverside Mill bed and breakfast owns a private stretch of this magnificent river and has on site fishing available for coarse and trout fishing. (please call for details)

We now have a dry/ storage room for all your fishing tackle, clothing and waders.

Lessons can be arranged for those just wishing to experience the tranquility of fishing in Scotland or hoping to pick up a few tips on the way.
