Experience the spectacular sights and sounds of the River Annan cascading through the grounds of our accommodation near Lockerbie whilst still only being 3 miles away from the M74 (M6).

Completely refurbished and developed within the last few years our Lockerbie accommodation provides a fantastic base for you to enjoy fishing, great walks, cycling, golf and discover the many attractions within Dumfries and Galloway.

Lockerbie train station a mere five minutes away offers direct access, for away days, to Glasgow and Edinburgh.

What makes our Lockerbie accommodation really special is the abundance of local wildlife including Red Squirrels, Otters, Swans and Kingfishers that can often be enjoyed from within our grounds. (4.5 acres).  We have just introduced our wildlife watch that allows all guests to register any wildlife they spot during their stay. Owners Heather and Martin will be adding to it too.

Already this year there have been sightings of three otters, a snow bunting and Kingfishers.

Red Squirrels are regular visitors at The Riverside Mill bed and breakfast Lockerbie and for many guests it may well be there very first sighting of these rare native creatures.

We currently have a double en-suite bedroom within the main building which has its own private entrance and an amazing view over the River Annan.

The twin en-suite is situated within our annex building again with your own private entrance.

The Annandale Way is now open and a mere five minute walk form our Lockerbie accommodation.

Situated only a few miles from both the A75 and the M74 (M6) makes the Riverside Mill Bed and Breakfast Lockerbie a great stop over for those travelling to the Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Lake District. Lochmaben is only 5 miles away.

Dumfries and Galloway's largest town Dumfries is only 12 miles away and the incredibly popular wedding location of Gretna Green is only 17 miles away.
